NROTC San Diego Fall 2022 Commissioning Ceremony

Seventeen members of the Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps (NROTC) San Diego, including several from the University of San Diego, were commissioned on the USS Midway Saturday, December 17, during a mid-year ceremony.
